Moulana Alhaj Mohammed Mohiuddin Nakshbandi (RH) laid foundation in the year 1970, since there was no building of our own to start the institution; he gave his own three storied building for the functioning of the institution till we got our own building. Also he gave a big sum for the recurring expenditure of the institution. He paid the electricity and water bills. May Allah reward him for his much needed contribution towards education and betterment of the society as a whole.
Now Darul Uloom Rahmaina is a registered (R.N 3386/1991) Nonprofit organization established on 07.10.1991, Darul Rahmaina works since its commencement for the upliftment of marginalized, underprivileged & impoverished communities in the state of Telangana through its education, health, food, scholarship, sponsorship, water, women empowerment & emergency relief & rehabilitation projects. Darul Uloom Rahmania provides free education with boarding, lodging & health care services to 800 deprived underprivileged children & orphans. It promotes modern education, computer learning, vocational training, essential life skills activities, and home sciences for the holistic development of children. It also promotes child rights and ensures the protection of every child from violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect. The hundreds of students enroll every year in our school from the marginalized communities. Girls’ education is a high-priority education program for Darul Uloom. Darul Uloom Rahmania works with Poor students, orphans, widows, labourers, slum dwellers & street children. It brings measurable differences in their lives and socio-economic status. Part of our charity services includes Relief & Rehabilitation work, School supplies, Teacher welfare, Food baskets, free treatment at hospitals, safe drinking water, orphan care, support to widows, disabled, homeless, old age, slum dwellers, preachers, Imam & destitute villagers. CONTRIBUTION OF DUR DURING FLOODS IN HYDERABAD Darul Uloom Rahmania restored small-scale businesses, repaired damaged houses, taxis, autorickshaw, and delivery vehicles of daily wages, during Heavy flood situations in Hyderabad, Telangana. CONTRIBUTION OF DUR DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC The COVID-19 pandemic, and subsequent lockdown, have impacted the health, education, livelihood, and development of the poor across India. Darul Uloom Rahmania supported poor & needy families & people with food baskets, free treatment, oxygen supplies, PPT kits for covid19 warriors, arrangement of virtual classes for poor & rural students & financial aid to widows, orphans & daily wagers. Darul Uloom supported its teachers in spite of shut down of education activities & financial scarcity.
